    Booking is online, secure and available 24/7. Choose your appointment type below, pick a time that suits you, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your health history form. Completing that form before we meet is important: it means I arrive at your appointment already across your story, and we can use every minute well.

    Appointment Types

    Initial Consultation

    60 minutes — $250

    For new clients. A comprehensive deep dive into your health history, symptoms and goals. Please have recent blood results ready to share if you have them.

    Follow-up Consultation

    45 mins — $160 | 30 mins — $120

    For existing clients. Reviewing progress, results and next steps in your plan.

    Fertility Initial Consultation, Per Partner

    60 minutes — $250

    For couples and individuals preparing for pregnancy. Wherever possible, I ask both partners to book, because the DNA of a child is a 50-50 deal.

    Short Support Call or Email

    15 minutes

    For existing clients who need support between appointments.

    What to Expect

    Confirmation email with your appointment details and secure health history form. Please complete it at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    I review everything before we meet, including your bloods and any results you upload.

    Your consultation, online via video link or in person. Come as you are; this is a judgement-free space.

    Your written notes arrive afterwards, including a summary of your bloods against optimal ranges, your plan, and any recommended testing.

    Supplements, if needed, are dispensed through Vital.ly, a practitioner-only online dispensary, delivered to your door.

    Practical Notes

    Cancellations

    There is a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Late cancellations will incur a 50% of consultation fee. Failure to show will be 100% of fee. Thank you for your understanding.

    Rebates

    Rebates currently available with: NIB, CBHS, Westfund, HBF, AHM, Aust Unity, HP, LHS, MDHF, LP, PH, see-u, StLH, GU Health. Subject to change so please speak with your provider.
